BetLink licences a thin set of brand assets to affiliates, agencies, and operator partners so the marketplace looks consistent without anyone misrepresenting their relationship with us or with the operators we list. This page is the operating rulebook. It supplements — and does not replace — your Terms of Service obligations and any separate brand-licence agreement.
BetLink wordmark and logo
You may use the BetLink wordmark and the orange-glyph logo in your own materials only to identify BetLink as the platform you use. Keep at least 16 px of clear space around the logo, never recolour it outside the approved palette, and never lock it up with an operator brand in a way that implies endorsement of a specific operator deal.
Permitted uses
- “Powered by BetLink” attribution on a tracker dashboard, integration page, or postback debug screen.
- Press, podcast, or social posts that name BetLink as a tool you use — provided the post is not a player-facing call to gamble.
- Slide-deck logo lockups for B2B fundraising, partnership, or industry-event collateral.
- Internal training material, team docs, and onboarding videos for your own organisation.
Prohibited uses
- Implying BetLink endorses a specific operator, payment provider, or affiliate programme beyond what is published in the catalogue.
- Using the BetLink logo on any creative directed at end-users to deposit, register, or gamble.
- Combining the BetLink mark with regulator names (MGA, UKGC, GGL, etc.) in a way that suggests BetLink is itself licensed by that authority.
- Modifying, re-colouring, or re-typesetting the wordmark or replacing the orange glyph.
Operator logos in the BetLink catalogue
Operator and brand logos surfaced inside BetLink are sourced under fair-comparative-use, reciprocal partner agreements, or directly from the operator’s media kit. Re-using those logos outside BetLink requires the operator’s permission, not ours. BetLink does not sub-licence third-party trademarks.
Reporting misuse
If you spot a website, ad, or affiliate using the BetLink mark in a way that breaches this page, file a report from the footer and we will act within five business days.
